1. Now you are using a page template Page Builder + Overlay Menu, also you are using a standard header style -> https://i.imgur.com/9q9YwBE.png if you want to change some colors for menu, you can do it from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/KYSLp4H.png -> https://i.imgur.com/M2qx2n1.png
2. Is look that you have hidden the sticky logo -> https://i.imgur.com/R509NZI.png please make sure that you are using one of these settings -> https://i.imgur.com/xg4te0g.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/logo-favicon/

I’ve added the logo, so how do I stop the sticky menu from shrinking as you scroll down the page?
Also, with the pagebuilder + Overlay Menu selected, how do I change the colour of the main menu text?
As you can see, with the default page template selected, I have the text as I want it: https://renovationrates.co.uk/post-a-job/
But where the overlay menu is selected, you can’t see the menu text, I need that to be white: https://renovationrates.co.uk/
And finally, I have a couple of websites built with Newspaper theme and the back-end is incredibly slow. Even selecting a page to edit can take several minutes to load.
I don’t have this problem with other themes so how can we fix this?

You need to edit the page with tagDiv Composer like this -> https://i.imgur.com/wQRozJz.jpg click on logo -> then on header menu -> https://i.imgur.com/PeU9JfT.png after that change the zone of header to default -> https://i.imgur.com/OQ8GwRa.jpg after that save the changes and make sure that sticky menu is disable from website manager -> https://i.imgur.com/uXAEPRF.png
