Since I installed this template I have a big problem in many of the news that I share from my website on Facebook (which is the largest click provider today).

It only happens to me sometimes. It is when I enter news from facebook, I get the misplaced menu. This causes the user experience that enters my website is not good and visits decrease.
I don’t know if it could be something from the header.php, but I’d appreciate help because I’m desperate.

make sure that this is not ca cache problem, if you are using cache plugins, please disable theme and check again. We recommend to use WP Super Cache with the settings from our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

I have installed the WP Super Cache following the steps and I still have the same problem. I have tried uninstalling plug-ins, reinstalling, and the problem persists.

Mainly it happens when you enter Facebook from the iPhone (any version), and the truth is that our users, over 90%, enter from Facebook, for this reason it is a big problem.
Any recommendation on what can I do?
