I’d like to remove certain elements in the article pages, but it seems that the panel where you could do that (as I understand), doesn’t work. I’d like to remove the comment section, page views no., author box, must read on the left side.

If the theme panel has no effect, than you will have to use tagDiv Composer on the post template.

How do I do that? Do I have to do that for each post separately or is there a universal tool?

If you will use for example only one post template, that can be edited from the cloud Library, and the changes you make on that template will be shown in all the posts that use that template. Find out more in our guide here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
