Hi,
I just purchased your theme and I keep getting these two error messages after I activated your theme. I was trying to get an update and these are the two screens I get although it says in the system that it was already activated. I can’t get updates!
Here is my purchase code
Once I click on “activate theme,” it takes me to a page that says, “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” BUT, I already activated it, so I don’t know why it’s giving me this error.
Please help! This shouldn’t be doing this. I love your theme and already spent many hours building the site. Thanks.

Please do not share your licence key on forum.
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Please reset the licence from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/ugB1RYv.png and try again, using our guide:
