Can't activate my theme

Hi
I purchased the theme and i am trying to activate but i am recieving this error:
“Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

I have contacted bluehost and they told me to show you this:

Hello !

Please make sure that you have accomplished all the system requirements as in our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

This is a cut and past answer. I can’t understand this
I have even done a wordpress reset, installed the theme again, and then it gave me the option to put my purchase key.
I did put the purchase key and then it happend again
What am I missing here?

I was just with the bluehost support team for over 2 hours and we couldn’t get this resolved.
I have tried everything you’ve suggested and it’s still not working, including clearing the cache, and deactivating all plugins that are not tagdiv plugins
