Images Not Showing on Chrome, Except When In Incognito Mode

This template is amazing, the best I’ve ever used, and I would love to get this issue corrected.

PROBLEM
Images not showing on https://lingo.com.br

SOLUTIONS TRIED
Disabling all plugins
Removing and reinstalling Newspaper theme
Changing to different demos

NOTES
Site is a fresh install, not a transfer from another domain. Images show up in the library and image paths are correct. The problem started after 2 months of correct functioning. The problem only appears in Chrome, not Internet Explorer, nor Firefox. The problem does not appear for Chrome in incognito mode. Caching plugin was not being used when error ocurred.
