Hi
I received an email from my hosting that I need to update the theme immediately due to vulnerability which allows attackers to perform an authenticated, reflected cross-site scripting attack. I currently have 9.6 version but I don’t have the option to update the theme.
Please help me with this issues as soon as possible.

I know how to update a theme but I can’t see the Update tab.

I did the whole process but the settings of the previous theme were deleted. How do I import the theme settings? Without creating a child theme

The settings are saved in the database not in the theme files, once removed, simply reinstall the theme and plugins, activate the required plugins and everything should work smoothly.
