This is my live website, please, take a look at where it says “Look at here, grey bg?”
There is a GREY line under the image (MODULE MX5).
This is my TEST website:
As you can see, in my test website is working good. I dont see the grey line under the image.
The weird thing is that I’m using the same image for both sites. For both sites are the same image, same size (1200x675px), same format, etc.
And also, its the same set up for the Big Grid in both sites:
The only thing that it can be different from live and test server, they are the plugings that I have installed.

You can use our guide for regeneration process requires the installation of GD library for php on the server for image processing. Hi,
By default our theme create thumbs for modules that you have enable in theme panel, but if the image is to small then the thumb can not be create and you need to use a regeneration plugin.This method can be use when you have this problem, but this is not required to have the plugin activate all the time, you can use it only if is needed.

I have installed ShortPixel Image Optimizer but I got a message that it says its not compatible with “Regenerate Thumbnails”. it is suggested that i should intall reGenerate Thumbnails Advanced.
I just want to know if you think its a good idea to install reGenerate Thumbnails Advanced instead of Regenerate Thumbnails?

Hi alexandria, unfortunately I can not say there will be no problems replacing the “Regenerate Thumbnails” with reGenerate Thumbnails Advanced because we do not test it, but normal there should be no problems, you can make a test.
