I am trying to create a footer and getting “Error at rows: 2(models) : 1(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” on many occasions, and no work can be done.
It sometimes occurs after first opening a cloud footer template or after working on one for some time. I have tried four different footer templates and a blank template – same problem.
Also, the footer often refuses to save, just spins.
