I duplicate my website on local, using Duplicator Pro and Local By Flywheel inside a virtual machine Windows 10 and install NewspaperX last version. I’m working this way since a long time, Divi, Elementor, Beaver, everything is working find this way, but not TagDiv Composer.
Edit with TagDiv Composer leads to a white/blank page with no error. I have already checked all the solutions given on your website, with no luck.
The homepage was based on Gadget Pro.
I managed to have it worked a few times starting with a empty page, but again it stopped working for no reasons.
All browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Edge or even IE) gave the same result : blank page.
When it was working, how do you remove empty column ? Not possible to drag&drop on delete red box, and no del on keyboard : nothing is working with empty column…
For the empty columns, the one and only things wich works the way it should is to remove all the empty tags right in the code… Even the right clic on the row name remove more than expected.. Very strange….

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If you want to delete a row, you can delete a row with the empty column using the right click on the row icon -> http://prntscr.com/owlyuw -> http://prntscr.com/owlynq or using the drag and drop -> http://prntscr.com/owlz2r or you can simply click on the row and pres the delete button from your keyboard -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Mai7iyEG
If this is not what you mean, please provide me some more details.
Please notice that you can not delete the empty column only the row that contain empty columns.

As I said I tried everything; maybe it is the local installation, but, as I said I never had such troubles with themes or builders.
I have spent enough time with this theme.
It does not correspond at all with what I expected
And of course, no way to get a refund I guess?
