New posts do not appear on the top sections of the homepage. How do you fix this???

Hi,
Usually this is happen when on that section is apply a filter or offset, to check this you’ll need to edit the homepage with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/8Fwt2Qi.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/ytFO00l.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/RazxwhG.jpg
