Hi,
I’m getting this error after the update and I was wondering if there is a fix:
Warning: require_once(tdb_template_import.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/camero02/public_html/rougesmagazine.com/wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/includes/tdb_functions.php on line 1358

Hello !
Please make sure that you have accomplished all the system requirements as in our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Thank you !
I cant stop using all plugins, many of my plugins provide essential services to my site. The site will not operate without them and I would have to shut the site down until this is fixed. I use WP super cache as recommended and the cache has been cleaned out. I think I meet all the system requirements. I have cloud hosting through siteground. The error looks like there is a missing file or directory?
Hello !
This kind of error can have multiple factors being involved. You can use a maintenance plugin when your traffic is lower and work on your website. Even if we inspect it, we will insert a maintenance plugin, test what I have mentioned above and check the plugins integrity first.
Thank you !
I do have a maintenance plugin already in place for when we make major changes or things go wrong. When it comes to this error I don’t even know what I’m looking for other than to shut down plugins one by one?
