Actually, this is not a problem, but there are 2 points that I avoid.
1) The buttons slide down quickly. How can we soften?
2) I turn off the footer, but it reopens automatically. I cannot turn off the footer on a single page.

Once opened the tagdiv composer you can either edit the header or the footer by using the website manager: https://www.screencast.com/t/5VkiUmHQvF
You can import or add a different header for the homepage.

1. This unfortunately cannot be achieved.
2. If you use the website manager you can select the no footer option on the page that you are.
