Hi, I recently installed your Newspaper theme. Everything seems fine BUT I’m having a hard time fixing your mobile theme issues, esp with caching. I carefully followed all the recommended settings (https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/). I’m also using your recommended plugin, WP Super Cache.
However, the issue keeps recurring on the website. On desktop, it shows the mobile version of the website. If I clear the cache, it works temporarily, but after some time the problem appears again. How do I solve this recurring problem?

Make sure that all the settings for WP Super Cache are set as in our guide (this is the option that is use for mobile in special https://i.imgur.com/CHOf1XE.png), also if you are using other cache plugin these can interfere and cache the mobile on desktop.

What? Were you not reading my message? I clearly stated that I’ve installed your recommended plugin and carefully followed your guide, but still, facing the same recurring issues.
Hi rammancelita, I read your massage, but many customers install the plugin but the settings that they make are not the same with these from our guide, also in most cases there are using more cache plugins that provide this problem.
