My website keeps breaking every couple of week because the tagDiv plugins are getting disable by something. I have to re-activate them to recover the website.
I’ve just purchased support from you and am hoping you can help resolve this strange issue.

The first step to identify this problem is to check the plugins that you are using, make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also one of the key is to have set the theme requirements and a good host.

It’s not possible for us to disable plugins and leave them disabled for several weeks whilst we wait for the problem to occur as this is a live website.
Do you have any other suggestions as to why this might occur or how it could be diagnosed?
It just seems a very bizarre behaviours, for the tagDiv plugins to deactivate themselves.

You can make staging on subdomain and set there the website and check its behavior, in this way the live one it will not be affected.
