Why Does my Mobile Theme Appear on Desktop Theme???

Please help. When I activate the mobile theme that comes with Newspaper, my mobile theme appears on my desktop for readers. How do I fix this???

Please make sure that you have cleared your cache. For cache we recommend you using WP Super Cache as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
