Cloud Elements are not importing

I am trying to import one of the cloud element.Its not importing even after 15 mins.

Dear TagDiv team let me know how many decades exactly i have to wait to import an element?

Hi,

I think that there is something that is blocking the cloud element to be import.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Also please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
