feature image of post does not appear when I share a link

Hi,
My website is http://www.sanjevani.com
When I share a link of a post on whatsapp, I have two issues.
1. The feature image of the post does not appear, instead only the logo appears.
2. When i copy paste a link of a post on whatsapp, why does the link appear like this https://www.sanjevani.com/%e0%b2%b8%e0%b2%b9%e0%b2%9c-%e0%b2%b8%e0%b3%8d%e0%b2%a5%e0%b2%bf%e0%b2%a4%e0%b2%bf%e0%b2%97%e0%b3%86-%e0%b2%ae%e0%b2%b0%e0%b2%b3%e0%b2%bf%e0%b2%a6-%e0%b2%b0%e0%b2%be%e0%b2%9c%e0%b3%8d%e0%b2%af/

Hi,

The featured image that need to be display when you share a post on Facebook (this option should make the settings for whatsapp too), then you can use our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/facebook-share/ use yoast seo (in this guide you will know how to display the og image using yoast plugin).
