I have tried to add forms using a shortcode in the html element in the tagdiv page builder using both Gravity forms and contact form 7 shortcodes – but the html block wont display either – just the shortcode as text itself. how can i add a form to a tagdiv page please?

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
