I have a serious problem. The update, for some reason, was unsuccessful. During the update, a maintenance message appeared and now, reaching the site, this screen appears: https://www.facilesfizioso.it/
What can I do to restore the site? Newspaper no longer seems installed. If I transfer all the files from yesterday’s backup, will I solve without losing the configurations?

I think I solved it. What a fright!
However, I notice that Instagram elements still don’t work. It’s normal? I thought the new version had solved the problem.

The Instagram account can be use now only if you are using Newspaper v10.3.6 also you must set a new Instagram id, the old one will no longer work, this should look like this -> https://i.imgur.com/QOPVkDY.png and the Instagram should work again-> https://i.imgur.com/5tfq0PO.png

Hi SquallSFU, is look that for you the Instagram is displaying different from us, please make a full backup to your website and database and send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel and Instagram access. For all following this topic and having the same issue please make sure you reinstall the tagdiv composer plugin then remove the connected Instagram account from theme’s panel > social networks section then use the “Connect Instagram Account” to reconnect your Instagram account.
That you know, does the Social Counter module now work with Instagram?

The account is connected and the user id is set in Social Counter widget in tagDiv Composer, but Instagram followers count is incorrect. I don’t know why.
