How do I add this format feature on the right hand side when adding a new post or edit post. In the area where it says Publish, Preview changes save draft. Thanks

Hi, I think that you are referring to this option -> https://i.imgur.com/NHbzo0f.png this is the post format, it can be a standard format (using a featured image) or video format (using a YouTube or viemo video).
