Hi, we have just done a migration from blogger to wordpress so our old post has no featured image. No thumbnails are shown in the related article boxes or in the post when using a post template which use the feature image. I have also to say that images are hosted in blogger (we have not migrate images). But using images hosted in wordpress the thumbnails is not taking any images from the post to use as featured. We thought the box of related would take the first or any image from the post
Is there any way to make the first image of all post (the one that blogger use as the featured) as the featured one? I mean any plugin you know, any option from the theme, any code …. something (I have read the feature images article that tells you to show or not or to use a placeholder image if no feature image is attached in the post but this doesn’t solve my huge problem (we have 7500 post!!! It would take months to edit all of them setting a featured image)).
We’re really desperate about this. Our page is not online yet that’s why I can’t attach it here.

Our theme is using as featured image only the images that are set manually as in our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/ The theme will not pickup the first image, is not construct in that way, sorry!
What you can do is to set a general image in theme panel for all posts without a featured image set -> https://i.imgur.com/QUhwcDD.png
