The theme is using thumbs to make the images to feed better in blocks and grids, but for a better control over the featured image size, you can use flex blocks and flex grids, on these you can choose the image size you like and is fit the best -> https://i.imgur.com/wGcnW9h.png

Flex block is not available for main page, and thumbnails image sizes not changing, I want to use full size image in existing thumbnails. please guide me.

I mean i want to use full image in the thumbnail without crop its size. like if i have a portrait feature image i want to use that full size in the thumbnails.
