Hello !

Please make sure that you have accomplished all the system requirements as in our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Hello,

I have tried everything I could. All of my plugin disabled except tagDiv ones. Disable Wp rocket and all cache deleted. Still, the same problem. I think it happened just after the last WordPress update. I have checked my website in Twenty Twenty theme and it is working fine there.

Please help me out.

Please make sure that you are using last version of Newspaper, v10.3.6.1 if the problem still persists send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Thank you, Mr. Calin, for the reply. But, Unfortunately, the theme is already updated to the latest version. I have emailed at contact@tagdiv.com including this forum link and all required information such as WordPress user and pass, FTP details.

Hope You will solve the issue asap because my website is down more than 20 days.
