But social media like facebook, youtube can’t be linked properly…and number of followers are not showing there (only instagram account could be linked in front page) 🙁
Edit: I’ve added API key for youtube and links for other social media in theme panel, but not working 🙁

Hello, I tried the way you showed in the guide…now facebook and youtube counter works, but instagram counter isn’t working at all!
Also I can’t save my instagram and youtube link from your theme panel (social networks)…no matter I save the new settings, it’s gone when I check back! It really sucks! 🙁

At the moment the social counter of Instagram indeed has a bug that our developers are working to fix it.
Please make sure that you have accomplished all the system requirements as in our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

I have cleared all the caches, even tried different browser, but it’s not working! I’m so fed up 🙁
Update: It worked now!
How?- I typed the link address myself instead of copy-paste, then it got saved! 🙂
