Greetings! We have migrated our website from Server A to Server Z. You can see us running on Server A here: https://catholicsun.org and on thew new Server Z here: https://thecatholicsun.wpengine.com/

We get a critical WordPress error when we activate tagDiv Standard Pack plugin . I am pasting the error below:

PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘td_social_icons.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/share/php’) in /nas/content/live/thecatholicsun/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_wp_booster_functions.php on line 43
Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘td_social_icons.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/share/php’) in /nas/content/live/thecatholicsun/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_wp_booster_functions.php on line 43

Based on these errors it seems that the php file td_social_icons cannot be opened by the plugin but is needed for functionality.

Hi robdefran,

Please try the below steps:
Make sure that all theme requirements are set as in our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Also make sure that you have set the api key for YouTube-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/youtube-api-key/
Disable the theme and theme plugins, delete theme and reinstall the theme again after that check the results.

Thank you!

Hello! Deleting the theme, then reinstalling the theme and its plugins did the trick for about 24 hours. (?) This is what our webhost is seeing as our new error:

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class ‘td_util’ not found in /nas/content/live/thecatholicsun/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/functions.php:52

Also, we meet the tech requirements including 5.7.29 of MySQL.

Hi,

If you checked the above suggestion and the problem persists, please make a full backup to your website and database and email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login and cPanel. We will take a look to see what can be the problem. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Thank you!

We don’t have a cPanel like a someone hosted on Bluehost.com. We host on wpengine.com.

I sent the login credentials to contact@tagdiv.com

Hi,

Ok, we’ll take a look.
It was good if some access to the host was possible to check the settings and theme files and if all the requirements are sett correctly including wp memory and other parameters..

Thank you!
