Hi.
I tried to edit homepage, using Pagelayer, updated, and my page converts to source code and it cannot be fixed – unless backup is installed.
How to edit pages without this error?

Hi financemediaromania, we recommend to use on pages only the builder that was used to create that page, for example, our demos are made using tagDiv Composer builder -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial-2/ therefore the pages need to be edited only with this builder. If you want to use other builders we recommend to make a new page and use on it only that builder.
Also make sure that all theme plugins are activate (tagDiv plugins) -> https://i.imgur.com/4ANxgry.png

I see that now, after you installed all theme plugins the articles are displaying -> https://i.imgur.com/KCfWH2G.jpg and the website is work -> https://i.imgur.com/f7WCpFG.png, and display properly.
Now you can edit the pages using tagDiv Composer and for standard templates you can use the settings from theme panel.
