We are seeing this error when trying to add an image to an image box. Just trying to select an image already in the media library.
Invalid data Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
We’ve got cloud templates off. We have tagdiv and wp bakery both enabled.
Error goes way when we deactivate wp bakery. They’ve been working together a while now and we have pages built with both.

Please make sure that you have accomplished all the system requirements as in our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

I’ve done the requirements and disabled all plugins. Then enabled tagdiv and wpbakery. It used to work with both enabled, now it doesn’t. We can’t edit pages built with tagdiv without disabling wp bakery. We need them both enabled.

So if I understand correctly you are using both builders, this should work, but you need to use theme on different pages and without cloud templates.
Indeed the problem with the image is causes by WP bakery, we inform our developers and they we’ll find a fix for the coming update.

Yes, we’re not using CloudTemplates. We don’t use both editors on the same page. What do we do until you have a release?
Hi jgjh151, unfortunately I do not know any quick fix for this, sorry! We are waiting for our developers to provide a solution for it and most probably this will be in the update, until then the only way will be to disable the wp bakery when you want to insert an image or maybe you can find a plugin that can help you to disable a plugin only for you as long you are login, in this way the layout for visitors will be the same.
