1)I bought a new Newspaper Theme.
When I enter the ACTIVATION code, the system does not give me confirmation. It continues to spin for hours without ever giving the answer.
2) When I download a DEMo, a DEBUG WP error appears and it doesn’t let me install it

Here is the message that appears when I try to install the DEMO:

– Check the permissions on your upload folder

Please make sure that you have accomplished all the system requirements as in our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

I have deleted all the Plugins.
