Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

this error was not there before the update.
going through the process you suggested is tedious work. can you guarantee this is not a bug with the new version ? i see other users are experiencing this as well.

your support team member Catalin has loggen in to our live site, changed the Theme to the parent theme and didnt change it back to child theme.
This is a Live site. you cannot be negligent this way, its the second time your support team has done this.please pay more attention and explain to her.

im getting this error upon editing content created by legacy version of tagdiv composer:
Error at zones: 6(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)

This issue is happening everywhere… EXPANDED EDITOR SCREEN yet they found no issue at all.
https://prnt.sc/vejg15 this started happening this year, once a great theme now a buggy and bloated even the developers don’t know what is wrong.
The worse part is they respond once a day.
On Pressable i can’t even UPDATE it
