Homepage Always Displaying Error

Hi,
i get some issues in homepage template,
it’s seems like error or not loading properly, but not everytime.
this page using builder, not template from newspaper.
should i remake this homepage using template?

Hello !

Now your mobile theme works but unfortunately it displays on desktop too. This happens due to cache. Please follow our guide and make sure that WP Super Cache has been installed properly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

but how about CDN and Plugin menu from WP Super Cache? is it any following instruction again? or just follow like that link?
