We are currently experiencing a few issues:
1) The global theme needs to be reset on a few pages as they are showing with glitches snipboard.io/pXItx4.jpg
Is it possible to do a mass reset so all pages are following global page theme.
2) The instagram feed is showing in builder but not the live site snipboard.io/jECfnm.jpg
3) The AD URL are not saving on the site even though i keep inputting the url https://www.cbtnews.com/subscription/all-access-membership/ and it says it saved but its not saved on live site snipboard.io/uPEeGh.jpg
4) The footer is showing up incorrectly again snipboard.io/I62mT3.jpg
Hi,
1) If I understand correctly the post template -> https://i.snipboard.io/pXItx4.jpg needs to be reset for few posts, not the page template, unfortunately the posts content is only for login users -> https://i.imgur.com/YdqTdmv.png also we do not have a system to reset the posts template for few posts, this can be done only manually or using some code in database for all posts.
2) For Instagram, please make sure that you have set in theme panel the Instagram api key -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/instagram-widget/
3) Right now I see that you have this link set on the ad -> https://i.imgur.com/cSiK2oU.png now if the problem is that you set the link and this is not saved it can be from extra plugins that you have, please make a test only with theme plugins.
4) As I can see now the footer is displaying correctly -> https://i.imgur.com/RsxxuFW.png but I see that on mobile this is not look correctly, the row is not 100% -> https://i.imgur.com/hwrIUMG.png this problem can appear from extra plugins that overwrite the theme settings, make sure that is not a plugin conflict, please disable all non theme plugin and let only tagDiv plugin, then check to see if the problem persists.
If the problem is still there please provide a link where I can inspect this situation.
