How to create a Page without page title in new version

Hi I was able to create a page without page title in old version of newspaper theme but now with new version when I am trying to create I am not getting option to create it. Am I missing something or how to create it?

http://prntscr.com/vuood3 this option is missing for me?

Hi,
The background color with tagDiv Composer can be change on row be setting it on stretch -> https://i.imgur.com/pP6e9jM.png

Thank you @Calin so we have to create a row first and then stretch and give a background color and then create everything inside that row to get background color for full page?

Hi,
That is one method, if you want a background only for a specific part of your page, row, element.
If you want for entire website you can use the option from theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/background-introduction/ and make sure that you set this option -> https://i.imgur.com/g5nQJuM.png
