I need to edit the template page but after pushing the “Edit with TagDiv composer” the site page has not been uploaded to Editor`s page. I see a preloader in the place of the page for editing. I see TagDive Editor left menu, it is not active.
In other words, I can not edit my site.
I have a related issue with this. I cannot access tagDiv composer from Pulses Pro footer template.
Same problem which i had to face also in past, the temperory solution is the following Deactivate first WPBakery Page Builder.
Hope tagdiv team will solve the problem soon.
The site I’m working on does not have installed WPBakery Page Builder. It’s just tagDiv composer. Anyway, thank you for that reference, it’s useful to know this.
My site has not installed WPBakery Page Builder too.

The footer template can be edited only from frontend, edit a page/post template with tagDiv Composer and go down to footer, or if you want to assign one, use the manager -> https://i.imgur.com/Q5PeHkp.png (the footer templates does not have the button to be edited in backend).
Also make sure that you are using the last theme version, Newspaper v10.3. and all theme requirements are set as I our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

1. I did not say any word about the footer`s issue. I met an issue with the whole TagDiv editor. Nothing is working. I wanna push the left menu buttons, but they are frozen. The site page for editing is uploading all the time. Pls check the link

Alex from the support team gave me an idea about the plugin conflict. I deactivated all plugins and found the source of the issue. The issue was because of WP Statistics plugin. It is OK with the site now!
