Our theme do not have ad banner rotating this can be achieve only if you are using a plugin for ad rotating, for example this one https://wordpress.org/plugins/adrotate/

As I can see in your message, there seems to be a problem in functions.php, what you can do is to replace the code from that file with the code from the theme package, normal this should fix the problem.

Another thing that you can do is to make a full backup and remove the theme and plugin, then reinstall the theme and theme plugins and set buck the extra plugins one by one and check to see if the problem reappear.

I thought your theme was mobile compliant?
It is; however, the theme folks don’t manage your website or hosting setup. That needs to be managed for *any* theme using WordPress, which allows for local hosting of fonts, proper hosting setup for PHP and image capabilities or other things that any large WP theme requires to work. I think there is a ‘requirements’ check in the theme panel someplace, and also a checkup panel in WordPress itself now, so that might be a good first place to double check all your ‘baseline’ capabilities are in place.

Just followed the wp cach guide and it made my site even slower started out at 47 now the value is 40
