Not sure what’s wrong but this happened after I updated the theme this week. Could you help me with fixing this?

I checked multiple settings on Theme panel but couldn’t find what’s the trigger for this.
Ok installing Wp Super Cache solved the issue but now the ads are not showing on mobile.

That is because you are using the mobile theme plugins and you do not have enable the thumbs for mobile, you need to enable in theme panel > block settings > thumbs the “265×198” and the “741×486” thumbnail sizes.
Also you can make the new update from today.
