Urgent- Issue after upgrade

Hi,

I have updated the wordpress 5.6 and Newspaper theme 10.3.9, after upgrade images are not showing in website.

Please help to fix the issue asap.

I’m having the same issue on my websites

This happened to me also. For now, I’ve used the WP Downgrade plugin to go back to 5.5, but I’ll be following this thread to see what the fix is within Newspaper.

Thank you. I have now done this on my sites and back to normal. I will wait to do the WordPress 5.6 update.

Same issue here. I had the plugin Autoptimize installed, and by deactivating the plugin it works here with images.

I got the same issue on my site.

with the jquery migrate helper I get the following information:

https://www.planet-mexiko.com/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp-booster/wp-admin/js/tagdiv-theme-plugins-setup.js: jQuery.fn.load() is deprecated

… and pictures are still not showing properly. Any idea what else I should do?

Thanks new update fixed the issue, but in version change log i can see following update

“fix: Featured images were not displayed on Firefox using WordPress 5.6.”

This is only on firefox ? I faced this issue even in chrome – Please clarify

Second point is I have similar site with same kind of setup, where i dont see this issue, but I faced this issue only on one site, why featured image is missing only on one site

Please let me know in detail to understand better
