Error message

Hi, I am trying to edit my site with TagDiv composer and received this error message:
Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()!
Not sure how to fix it, please help.

Hi,

Please make sure that you do not have any plugin conflicts, please deactivate all non theme plugins, clear all cache and try again.

Also make sure that you have the theme updated to the last version.

Please make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps;
