I have problems with the template: when I load it on the server (Godaddy) it crashes (error 503) and yet I have a 1GB shared server and 2 cpu …
After several attempts I uploaded the theme but any other operation I do everything goes into error 503 … it can’t be a server error (I have the same one, with 10 wp / woocomm / opencart sites) and I don’t have these problems!
I would like to understand how it is possible that the template cannot be managed. Thanks

hi, thanks for the reply. I am on Godaddy but ALL REQUIRED REQUIREMENTS are met.
Despite this, my site does not work, it is very slow in opening pages and it is ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY with your template.
I chose this theme because it was aesthetically very beautiful and because it was referred to as a “feather light theme” but that’s not true.
The theme is unmanageable.
Please: fix the problem or give me a refund, I can’t argue with a theme to see the site online! I have been going on for two months: I spent money to increase the hosting specifications but I didn’t get any results.
I find it not very serious.

Hi fuska, if this is not Newsmag, then you set your topic in the wrong place, you need to set the topics for Newspaper here https://forum.tagdiv.com/forum/newspaper/
Also for Newspaper the theme requirements are others https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ also if you are using other plugin is possible that those to interfere with the theme, and make it slower.

hi Calin and thanks for the reply. I’ll send an email immediately. I don’t want the refund: I want to use your theme because I know it’s probably the best … but I can’t get it to work.
All the requirements are met and there are no plugins, at the moment, that can interfere … I put all the access data and I am waiting for solutions and at your disposal.
