Hi, Im trying to edit my authours cloud template with Tag Divi Composer, but I’m always getting this error:
ERROR
Errors at columns: 2(models) : 3(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
Is there any workaround I could do? I tried to duplicate it but still the error persists.
Thanks in advance for your help.
María
Hello,
When this message appears “ Errors at columns: 2(models) : 3(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” then indeed it is a problem, most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.
We have a guide for how to investigate this problem and fix it -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/ also after trying the steps from our guide you do not get any good results, you can contact us via email and we can investigate the problem on your website.
Let me know about your results!
Thank you!
Hi Anamaria,
thanks for your answer. It is weird cause I just have that problem with the “Autors template”. The rest of the templates are working perfectly. I do not have any shortcode on that template neither. As I asked before, is there anyway I could duplicate for example a “category template” and then asign it to authors?
Have a nice day.
María
Hello,
You can’t duplicate a “category template” for assigning it to author template(the category template can be duplicated and used for the same type).
Please try to import another Author Templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/gq3O7bPy and see if the problem persist.
After that, if the problem persists please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– A link to this topic in order to identify you
Thank you!
