Hi,

For our “Pages” only, not posts, whenever the AMP/Mobile theme loads, the content is not shown, I checked HTML, there is no content in td-page-content in AMP.

Any clue why this could be?

Thanks.

Hello,

This situation appears when using the mobile theme plugin, this is a light version for mobile that it will provide a better speed, but you’ll need to set the page content using only the mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/tza7Da7E7DfJ and this content will be displayed on the mobile theme and AMP version.

Hope this helps you!

Thank you!

Hello,

We didn’t have to do this for posts though. We want the same content for mobile vs desktop.

Any way to make it default for both on Pages, or just copy the content from desktop to mobile?

Thanks.

Hello,

If you want to the responsive version, you can disable the mobile theme or use it only for AMP. => https://www.screencast.com/t/w0CjbwfBJk
If you want to use the mobile theme, and you have a few pages, you can disable the mobile theme individual per page => https://www.screencast.com/t/4dJW0Ck0q4jo
Or you need to make a new page content using an only mobile editor(you can’t use copy-paste)
You can find more information about the mobile theme in our documentation =>https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Hello Anamaria,

Thanks for your response.

1. We want to keep using it for Posts, but recently it started being unresponsive for Pages, so can we disable it just for pages?
2. We don’t use gutenberg and do not see the options at https://www.screencast.com/t/4dJW0Ck0q4jo is there something we can do from the classic editor screen? I function filter to disable it for all pages would work too.

Thank you

Hello,

Unfortunately, there is not a general option to disable the mobile theme plugin for all pages. This can be done only manually on each page.
The option was implemented only in Gutenberg editor, therefore will not work with the classic editor.
What you can do is to try to enable the Gutenberg editor until you disable the mobile theme for pages.

Thank you for understanding!
