When you create or edit a post or a page you can set a featured image => https://www.screencast.com/t/ymIXqkWcRH and also you can write a description right there => https://www.screencast.com/t/ffjoaFPx and set like the featured image after that you need to publish or update.
Also, make sure that you have og image set, usually, for this, we recommended to use the SEO Yoast plugin (our theme doesn’t have the option for on image).
Also, you can check the og image using this tool => https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/
To share a post with a featured image, please follow this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/facebook-share/ use SEO Yoast (in this guide you will know how to display the og image using Yoast plugin).

I see that you have og:image therefore the featured image should work in WhatsApp -> https://i.imgur.com/SbbD6VZ.png -> https://i.imgur.com/Ez37jhA.png also the og image need to be under 300kb -> https://i.imgur.com/m8W2iJA.png -> https://theme.co/forum/t/whatsapp-share-thumbnail-not-showing/52140
