I set display date and author name for enable from your tutorial: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-general-settings/
and author name and date of public cannot display on detail page. I tried to check all setting page but i cannot find where is problem. Can you help me?

Please make a test and try only with main theme (without child theme) and tagDiv plugins and see if the changes will apply. If the problem is still there, please make a full backup and contact us at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and cPanel access to investigate this problem. Also include the link of this topic in email.
