Hi, I was trying to mark a blog post as featured but the “featured” category from the article categories is missing. If I manually create a new category named “Featured”, If I assign this category to an article, once saved, the assignment vanishes.
What am I supposed to do?

I need to “feature” an article. Following Newspaper theme’s instructions I see that to do so I need to assign that article to the “Featured”category.

As it is writing here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-posts-2/ , if you do not have the featured category, then you can create one by assigning the post to that category. If you want to display the posts from that category, you can apply there an element with a filter setting and select the featured category to display posts from there.

Ok, now I have created a new category named “In evidenza” (that in Italian stands for “Featured”).
I have assigned that category to this article https://disalute.it/chirurgia-dinamica-la-nuova-frontiera-della-protesica/ and to this one too https://disalute.it/agopuntura-trettamento-ansia-depressione/.
In my homepage there is a Flex Block 2 and I applied a category filer option to “In evidenza”.

Please take a look in that flex block 2 settings and check if you have an offset there and make sure that field is empty.

An offset in our theme is useful in displaying the items. For example, if you have 10 items and you don’t want to display first item, then you can set up an offset = 1.
