In the portrait viewport I can edit everything. This works.
Unfortunately nothing works in the landscape viewport. I can’t edit anything and the fixed doesn’t update the changes.

It should save the changes if you press save after editing in any viewport.
Please start looking for a plugin conflict, deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again. Please check your cache and delete it even from your browser.
