Hi, categories for my website is not using cloud template and when I access a category like Category/Articles I can’t edit it with TagDiv editor. I have set Categories to the correct Cloud Template in the Theme settings, but it doesn’t use it.

however the cloud template I want to use looks like https://ibb.co/9Z12SN7
for some reason the theme is ignoring the cloud template and doing its own thing. Other aspects of the website is fine and utilises the correct cloud templates.

Above is step by step what I did to create Template and implementation in theme panel.
What I suspect is that for some reason
In theme panel,
“CLOUD LIBRARY TEMPLATE
Set a Cloud Library category template for all categories.”
Dropdown isn’t working properly and isn’t registering any selected category templates and defaults to “- No Template -” settings. I haven’t done any customisations.

Please check if the settings you make in theme panel are saving.
The issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
