Hello,
When I create submenu, items are not clickable. They disappear when I put my mouse on theme:

It’s the same for every menu I made.

Hello!
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
I recommend you to use WP Super Cache and with the settings from our guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
