From the release notes it says: “new: tagDiv Standard Pack is no longer required on new theme install;”
What does this mean exactly? Can you uninstall “tagDiv Standard Pack”? How do I know if I am using it?

Standard Pack is used only for default templates and not for a cloud/PRO templates. In your case, if you will use only cloud templates, then you can uninstall the Standard Pack plugin.
This plugin is no longer required because the new demos are using cloud templates.

Check which template you use for pages, posts, categories, etc. If you will find a default template, then it means you use the plugin. Otherwise, you can uninstall it.

How do I identify a default template vs cloud templates?

Please note if you use a cloud/PRO template you will be able to edit that page with TagDiv Composer plugin, and the changes made in theme panel should reflect on your default templates.
