I downloaded your theme at “themeforest”, and there was no such folder.

Maybe you downloaded only the files of the theme, when downloading the theme from ThemeForest, there are 2 options, to download the full package or just the theme – https://forum.tagdiv.com/whats-included/, you need to download the whole package.
After that, you should have access to those files.
