Newspaper Ads appearing on pages

Ok, so after I asked for help from my developer, it seems like if anyone is accesing my website from desktop, we can see an Ad that promotes Newspaper. Nothing happens if you click on it.

If I am connected on admin, the ad is basically invisible. It cannot be deleted from Custom templates or pages. Its invisible in Editor and so on. Its only visible when the website is accesed by an ordinary user. I attached a screenshot with it.

Hello,

Please edit the page with tagDiv Composer and in editor will be display like this => https://www.screencast.com/t/DFSzGIJHOf, you can remove this with right-click on element
=> https://www.screencast.com/t/2bPaDU0LiDE
Also, you can check in Theme Panel -> ADS => Custom ad => https://www.screencast.com/t/Wd2O3DAQ if is set an ad.

The thing is that when I am trying to edit with composer, There is no Custom Ad there.

Also, Theme panel – ADS – nothing
